Conflict Management

This workshop has a goal of developing self-consciousness and positive emotional atmosphere within a team, developing assertiveness and dealing with problems.

Goals:
- Increasing quantitative and qualitative work efficiency throughout a working day
- Bringing strengths and weaknesses of a team to consciousness as well as developing a strategy of dealing with weaknesses
- Practicing ways of communication in which we stand up for ourselves and members of our team
- Developing technique of dealing with troublesome members
- Developing empathy and resonance within a team
- Practicing new techniques
The targeted group are employees that have to learn techniques of communication in order to improve cooperation with the rest of the team. The workshop lasts from 1-2 days, depending on set goals, needs and client’s requirements.
