Deal with Fear


Along with joy, sorrow, and anger, fear is one of the four basic emotions that occur from an early age. Fear of failure, change, public appearance, making a mistake, criticism, loss of control, rejection, dismissal, solitude, condemnation, betrayal, fraud, aging, death, illness – list can be infinite. Fear can be anxious, it can cause panic or fill us with horror, but even constant caution as a form of behavior also contains elements of concealed and sublime fear. Regardless of its type, fear is a negative emotion that hampers or even paralyses our system – emotional, physical, creative, cognitive, etc. However, the good news is that fear is not realistic, it is only a product of thought and can be overcome. This workshop focuses on tools that dispel fears, with the aim of fulfilling one’s own wishes and achieving progress on the personal and business level.
This workshop is not for people with phobias, but we’re happy to recommend NLP practitioners dealing with overcoming various phobias. If your fears are so intense that they affect the quality of your everyday life, contacting your psychotherapist is advisable.
